1. Terms & Agreement

By accessing www.goldenmagick.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions and all applicable local and federal laws. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the materials on Golden Magick Apothecary and Botanica's Website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is a license, not a transfer of title. Under this license, you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials;

• Use materials for any commercial purpose or public display;

• Attempt to reverse engineer any software on this Website;

• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations; or

• Transfer materials to another person or "mirror" them on any other server.

3. FDA Disclaimer & No-Medical-Claims Notice

The statements made regarding our products have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

• No Cure or Treatment: Our products—including all botanicals, herbal blends, and spiritual items—are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Not Medical Advice: The content on this site is for educational and spiritual purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a healthcare professional before using herbal products, especially if pregnant, nursing, or on medication.

• Allergy Warning: Golden Magick is not responsible for any allergic reactions. Ingredients are listed clearly under each product. Customers are solely responsible for reviewing ingredients to ensure they are safe for their personal use.

4. Customer Service & "Natural Person" Access (CA AB 578)

Per California law, you have a right to human assistance. While we use automated tools to help answer common questions, if our systems cannot resolve your issue, you may request to be connected with a natural person (a human representative) by emailing us at Support@GoldenMagick.com.

5. Duty to Respond & Order Delays

For Readings, Botanica items, and personalized spiritual goods, your active participation is required.

• Response Requirement: If you do not respond to our follow-up emails for necessary information (such as names, intentions, or birth details), your order will be placed on hold. Golden Magick is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by a lack of customer response.

• Service Expiration: Readings or personalized items not completed within 30 days due to customer non-responsiveness will be marked as expired and are non-refundable.

6. Shipping & Processing

• Handmade Nature: All products are handmade with care; processing times average 7 to 10 business days.

• Postage Responsibility: Once a package leaves our facility and is scanned by the carrier, Golden Magick is no longer responsible for it.

• Rush Orders: Purchasing a "Rush Order" skips the standard queue; your order will ship on the NEXT available shipment day.

7. Route Package Protection

Golden Magick is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged products if Route Package Protection is not purchased. If Route is declined, the customer assumes all risk and must file claims directly with the carrier (USPS/UPS).

8. Refunds & "Return to Sender"

• Return Window: Returns are accepted for unused products within 24 hours of the delivery timestamp.

• Restocking Fee: Any 'Return to Sender' packages are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Original shipping and Route fees are non-refundable.

• Final Sale: Discounted items, E-Books, and Gift Cards are not eligible for refund.

9. Governing Law

Any claim related to Golden Magick Apothecary and Botanica shall be governed by the laws of the State of California without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
