Return & Refund Policy

At Golden Magick Apothecary and Botanica, we stand behind the quality of our handmade goods. Because our products are spiritual and botanical in nature, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure the energetic and physical integrity of our inventory.

1. 24-Hour Return Window

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns of unused, unopened products within 24 hours of the USPS delivery date and time stamp.

  • Notification: You must contact us and initiate the return process within this 24-hour window.

  • Condition: Items must be in their original packaging and in the exact condition they were received. Items that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for a refund.

2. Refund Process & Timelines

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund.

  • Processing Time: Please allow 7–14 business days for your return to be fully processed.

  • Refund Amount: We provide a full refund of the product price. Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Receipt Required: We cannot issue a refund without actual receipt of the item or valid proof of received return delivery.

3. Non-Returnable & Final Sale Items

To maintain the safety and quality of our digital and promotional goods, the following are Final Sale:

  • Discounted/Sale Items: Any item purchased at a discount or during a sale.

  • Digital Products: All electronic products, including but not limited to E-Books.

  • Gift Cards: All gift card purchases are non-refundable.

  • Third-Party Purchases: We do not issue refunds for products purchased through distributors or retail partners.

4. "Return to Sender" & Address Errors

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided by the customer or delivery difficulties (unclaimed packages):

  • Forfeited Costs: The customer forfeits the original shipping cost and the Route Package Protection cost.

  • Restocking Fee: A 25% restocking fee (of the order total) will be deducted from the partial refund.

5. Order Discrepancies & Shipping Damage

  • Reporting Window: Customers have 30 days from the delivery date to report any discrepancies, missing items, or errors with their order.

  • Damaged Returns: We are not responsible for items damaged or lost during the return shipment. We strongly recommend using an insured and trackable mail service. If an item is returned to us in unsuitable condition, we reserve the right to send it back to you without a refund.

6. Route Package Protection

As stated in our Shipping Policy, if you did not purchase Route Package Protection, Golden Magick is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Refund claims for lost items without Route protection must be handled directly with the carrier.
