Standard Processing: Please allow 7–10 business days for your order to be prepared.

Customer Response Requirement: For Spiritual/Botanica items and Readings that require customization or specific information, we will contact you via the email provided at checkout.

Action Required: If you do not respond to our follow-up emails, your order will be placed on "Hold."

Delays: We are not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery caused by a lack of customer response. The 7–10 day processing window only begins once all necessary information has been received from the customer.

2. Spiritual Readings & Digital Services

Delivery Medium: Readings are delivered via [Email/Video Link/PDF].

No Physical Shipment: Since these are digital or service-based, they do not have a physical shipping cost. However, the same "Response Requirement" applies. If we do not hear from you within [e.g., 30 days], the service will be marked as "Expired" and is non-refundable per our Digital Goods policy.
3. Rush Orders

Purchasing a "Rush Order" moves you to the front of the queue for the next shipment day. However, if your item requires personalization and you do not respond to our emails, the "Rush" status will not apply until the information is provided.
4. Delivery Protection (Route)

We highly recommend Route Package Protection. Without it, Golden Magick is not responsible for packages once they are scanned by USPS/UPS. If you decline Route, all claims for lost or stolen items must be handled by you through the carrier.
5. Address Accuracy & "Return to Sender"

Partial Refunds: If an item is returned due to an incorrect address, we will issue a partial refund minus shipping costs, Route costs, and a 25% restocking fee.
